Trail Marshall

Trail Marshall is an Appalachian Trail (AT) “Thru Hiker.” Thru Hikers hike over 2,190+ miles from Georgia to Maine (or vise versa), across the Appalachian Mountains and through vast wilderness, carrying everything they need to survive. The trek takes anywhere from 6 months to a year to complete, and although only 20% of people who attempt the AT ever complete it, Trail Marshall has completed it twice and will be making his third AT Thru Hike in 2024! With over 6000 miles and counting, Trail Marshall has become one of the more well-known thru hikers in the AT community, spreading love and positivity to the folks he meets along the way, as well as virtually on his Facebook page.
