Gourmet Gumbo
Creole-cooking at its finest!  Gumbo is a thick stew that originated in southern Louisiana during the 18 th century and is described as an "economical dish useful for feeding many folks".

Gumbo includes a thick base -  with the Holy Trinity, of course --celery, bell peppers, and onions.

Try our Gourmet Gumbo base with Chicken and Sausage OR as a Seafood Dish. 
Rice is included in package.

NOTE:  When served at markets, we have had so many compliments on this product and have SOLD OUT each time that we sample.  It's that good!
